Our Founder

The B.O.O.P group of companies was founded by Ojinika “Oji” Obiekwe, an Emmy Award-winning journalist, global TV host, executive producer, media strategist and speaker with nearly 25 years in media.

After spending more than two decades inside one of America’s top newsrooms, Oji built a career defined not just by access, but by authority. She has interviewed some of the world’s most influential figures, hosted major global events, and worked at the intersection of media, power, culture, and gender equity.

Over time, Oji recognized a pattern: visibility without authority leaves people vulnerable to misrepresentation and reactive storytelling. B.O.O.P was created to close that gap by helping leaders move from being seen to being believed, and from participating in the conversation to shaping it.
